Bottle marking colors are as follows:
Brushed Stainless bottles: permanent silver or gray marking
Colored bottles: permanent silver, gray, or yellow-ish marking

For Vertical Engraving:
Uneven Lines / Streaks may be visible.

Sizes of engraved name and emojis are fixed and no resizing requests will be entertained.

No two bottles are alike. Slight differences in the thickness and positioning of the design may be expected in the final output due to external factors
(e.g. lighting set-up in the work environment).

Bottles with bold prints on the body and single wall bottles are not eligible for engraving. If a customer insists, attending staff members must inform the customer that special requests are at their own risk as it is not recommended. A waiver should be signed by the customer. Damages and errors on the bottle will not be covered by Certified Calm/Klean Kanteen.

Laser engraving is an add-on service not a product.
The service is not covered by the 7-day return policy. Laser engraving fees will be charged if the customer wishes to have their replacement tumbler / mug personalized.

All engraved products still qualify for our Strong as Steel guarantee policy. However, please note that replacement bottles will not come with engravings unless otherwise stated.
