Return Policy

All items sold at certifiedcalm.com go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped. All goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.

However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them. If you have a need to return products we sold you, please see the following instructions and guidelines:

  1. Items sold at certifiedcalm.com can be returned for a refund or exchange up to 7 days from the order receipt date. Submission of concern within 7 days DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be refunded or exchanged. We will still need to verify and reserve final right to verify, approve, deny, or dispute any return, refund, or exchange claims coming from the website.
  2. To verify if your purchase is defective or damaged, please refer to our Klean Kanteen Warranty page or our Manduka Warranty page.
  3. Please click the button below and fill out the form to initiate your return or email us at shop@certifiedcalm.com outlining the reason for your return, and including the order ID and photos of the merchandise.
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and will reach out to provide the return instructions upon confirmation of your request.
  5. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
  6. If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
  7. Refund and exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of return confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Policy

We currently operate our website on a lean basis with minimal headcount. For the time being, refunds will only be issued for items that are out-of-stock and/or that are demonstrated to have been mishandled with ample proof. Exceptions can be made on a case to case basis, but only if explicitly stated otherwise or approved by our customer service team.

For any and all items and refund/return/exchange appeals, Certified Calm has the sole and final discretion as to any and all approvals or rejections.

Exchange Policy

We may accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that meet eligibility requirements. Please note the following:

  1. Sale items, limited release items, and items bearing any sign of use are not exchangeable.
  2. Items must be in original, new condition—free from marks, makeup, scuffs, and odors.
  3. Products should be neatly folded in their original packaging, with all zips and snaps closed.
  4. Swing tags and labels must remain attached and undamaged.
  5. For any and all items and refund/return/exchange appeals, Certified Calm has the sole and final discretion as to any and all approvals or rejections.

Please note that if any products are found to be used, damaged, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. Please also note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, except in special circumstances. Exchanges are only available for items purchased directly from our website here. Physical store to website exchanges, and website to physical store exchanges for the time being are not allowed except in special circumstances.

Before proceeding with any exchange, please email us at info@certifiedcalm.com to get clearance and specific instructions on how to proceed. We do not accept walk-ins for website or general online to offline exchanges in any of our physical locations.

Faulty or incorrectly delivered items
