To Store: Roll Manduka PRO mats with the top facing outwards. This keeps the corners of the mat flat when practicing. Store in a cool, dry place with the mat rolled on its side.

Initial Use: If you find yourself slipping initially, use one of our performance hot yoga towels on the surface of the mat. Lightly spray the towel to aid grip. We always recommend using a hot yoga towel for any sweaty practice.

To Clean: To keep your mat clean and smelling fresh, use our Yoga Mat Wash & Refresh. Note: other cleaning solutions are not tested or recommended. Spray the entire surface of the mat. Use a clean cloth to wipe the mat dry before rolling or using.
