Klean Kanteen Warranty Registration

Thank you for purchasing Klean Kanteen!

We are proud of the materials and workmanship that goes into each Klean Kanteen and back our products with a Strong-as-Steel™ Guarantee which covers manufacturer's defects. If you would like to file a claim on your warranty, you may be asked to return the product to Klean Kanteen for our quality assurance team to check. Additionally, If you receive a damaged product purchased from other retailers, online or brick and mortar, you will need to return the damaged product to their original place of purchase.

Please note that the following are NOT covered by the Klean Kanteen Strong-as-Steel Guarantee:

  • Physical defects including normal wear and tear resulting from regular use such as scratches, dents, and dropped bottles.
  • Misuse of the product including incorrect handling or improper cleaning as recommended by the product’s care and use instructions. Specifically, placing any Klean Kanteen bottle in a freezer that may deform the stainless steel body as liquids expand during freezing and damage the weld that holds it together
  • Thermal retention defects or similar issues with the product’s insulation caused by extreme dents 
  • Klean Kanteen products such as our wide assortment of caps, accessories, name engraving, and bottles purchased under our “Name That Bottle” promotion 
  • Lastly, issues, damages, and defects involving lost or stolen items

We are encouraging all customers to register every Klean Kanteen purchase. This registration will help us to retrieve your Klean Kanteen order details once you request for a warranty claim.
